Submission of proposals for the financial program “Saving – Autonomous”.
We undertake to complete all the actions required for the successful outcome of the energy upgrade of your home, from the preparation of the 1st Energy Certificate to the submission of a proposal to the information system and the assumption of responsibility by the Project Consultant.
The Program consists of providing incentives for energy saving interventions and enhancing energy autonomy in the residential building sector, with the aim of reducing energy needs and the consumption of conventional fuels, in the context of the transition to a “Smart Home”. The Program concerns buildings that have a building permit or other legal document, are used as the main residence and whose owners meet specific income criteria.
With the programs Saving at Home I, Saving at Home II (A and B Cycle), of the programming periods 2007-2013, 2014–2020, energy interventions were implemented in a total of approximately 130,000 houses / building units. The “Saving at Home” program, keeping its old structure, is changed and modernized to “Saving – Autonomous”, adapts to the new conditions formed by the COVID-19 pandemic and follows the requirements of the times: climate change, renewable energy sources , digitization.
